How do I pay to skip the line?

Press the ‘Pay’ button on the main screen. Scan your phone on the ‘Checkout station/QR code’ located at the participating venue. Press the ‘Confirm’ button on the screen to confirm your payment. Then show the confirmation screen to staff members to validate your payment.

How will it work, if there are ten people ahead of me?

Quick Service Restaurants: Walk to the cash register. Tell the clerk that you are a ‘move it’ member. Make a payment to skip the waiting line. Your order will be taken right after the customer ahead of you, but prior to everyone else.

Full Service Restaurants: Ask the host what is the current wait time. (~ 45 minutes). Wait if you can or make a payment to get the next open table in case you are short on time and can’t wait to be seated regularly. Once you make a payment, you will be seated as soon as your table is ready.

Bars/Nightclubs: Tell the working clerk that you are a ‘move it’ member. Scan your phone on the ‘Checkout station/QR code’ located at the doors. You are making a payment for simply getting into the venue of your choice without waiting in line. *You only pay after you pass the security. The entry is per security discretion.

How do I look for participating businesses?

Press the ‘Locations’ button on the Main Screen, and you will be able to sort all of the participating businesses by zip code or by filters.

How do I replenish my balance?

Press the ‘My balance’ button on the Main Screen. Add the payment card that you would like to use. Pick a suggested amount to replenish your balance.

How do I check my transaction activity?

Press the ‘Menu’ button at the top right corner. Press the ‘My transactions’ section. Look at all of your activity, or sort it by uploads or purchases.

How can I make sure that I paid for my last transaction?

If you dropped your phone, or if someone called you in the middle of the sale, go to the ‘Menu’ button, press the ‘My transactions’ section, and you will be able to see if your transaction went through.

How can I share on Facebook about move it?

You can show your appreciation/recognition to move it and our partnering businesses in three sections: 1.The ‘Share on Facebook’ button on the Main Screen. 2. The ‘While you wait, tell your friends about us’ button on the Payment confirmation screen. 3. The ‘Like a business on Facebook’ button on every businesses’ profile page.

How do I contact you with questions?

If you have positive feedback, or if something goes wrong, press the ‘Menu’ drop-down, click on the ‘Contact Us’ section, and type your request.

How do I edit my profile?

Press the ‘Menu’ drop-down, click on the ‘My Profile’ section, and you will be able to modify your profile.

What if I want someone to have ‘move it’ in their venue?

Don’t see Move It at your favorite venue? Ask them to get in touch with us, or Press the ‘Menu’ drop-down, click on the ‘Recommend a Business’ section, and type your request.

What if I decide to delete my account?

No problem. Press the ‘Menu’ drop-down, click on ‘My Profile’. Then click on ‘Delete my account’. If you have a remaining balance, your credit card will be refunded.
